Our sterilization boxes are lightweight and easy to move which substantially reduces the risk of damage due to human handling. The lids are crafted with a safe and patented design (Henle’s Loop) to effectively prevent bacterial penetration. The materials use a Robust and high-strength material that prevents distortion and are made of a transparent material that makes the content identification easy.
The polySteribox® is approved and validated as per ISO 17665-1 for the following sterilization processes:
• Steam sterilization acc. to EN 285
• Ethylene oxide according to EN 550 / EN 11135-1 with double degassing time
• Sterrad® plasma sterilization
The polySteribox® can be used with temperatures up to 150 ℃.
The polySteribox® meets current MDD 93/42/EEC and DIN EN ISO 13485 requirements as well as the following up-to-date applicable standards:
• DIN EN ISO 11607 -1 +2
• DIN EN 868 -8
• DIN 58953 -8 +9
